nextScan now offers comprehensive service and support programs for its scanners and software, from installation and training, to on-site service and technical support. 

With the purchase of your nextScan scanner, nextScan provides training at the factory or your location – your choice.  Both methods afford you a close working relationship with your new scanner and the nextScan support team.  Additionally, nextScan provides product installation to ensure your scanner will be up and running quickly and seamlessly.

All nextScan scanners come with a standard warranty on parts and service for one year from shipment.

nextScan understands the importance of keeping your equipment operating at peak performance.  To that end, nextScan can offer customized Support Programs that will meet your specific needs.  Nextscan Support Programs provide you in-depth knowledge of your nextScan hardware and software, minimize downtime and ultimately give you the best in productivity while reducing conversion costs.

Adding a customized Support Program to your standard scanner warranty can provide:
