nextScan maintains a staff of knowledgeable support representatives to assist users with the installation, configuration and operation of nextScan hardware and software products. Customers may submit support requests and technical support questions for assistance with installing, configuring, problem resolution and technical support for current versions of nextScan software by placing a request to the nextScan Support Portal.
For resolution of critical or system down emergencies, telephone support should be utilized. Support representatives are available at 1.855.850.0538 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. All support requests must include the equipment serial number(s).
